保留骨膜的兔桡骨缺损性骨不连动物模型的制备 被引量:5

摘要 目的:制备新西兰大白兔保留骨膜的桡骨缺损性骨不连动物模型。方法:将20只成年新西兰大白兔随机分成两组,分别制成桡骨缺损长度为15mm及30mm组实验兔,每组10只,分别在4、8、12、16周时摄X线片,16周后不愈合兔标本再行组织病理学检查。结果:在保留骨膜的情况下截取兔桡骨中远段骨质长度15mm组,16周时均可见断端骨性愈合,在30mm组16周时,大体标本均见桡骨缺损处无骨性连接,骨折断端封闭,有硬化骨形成并见缺损区纤维组织充填,病理切片证实断端为纤维组织生长。结论:成功制备了新西兰大白兔保留骨膜的桡骨缺损性骨不连动物模型。 Objective: To establish radius defect nonunion rabbit model with periosteum.Methods: A total of 20 adult New Zealand rabbits were selected,and randomly divided into to two groups by half,one group with defect length as 15 mm,and another with 30 mm.X-ray was performed at 4th,8th,12th,16th weeks.At 16th week histological analysis was conducted to rabbits with bone nonunion.Results: Rabbits in 15 mm group had bony union at the broken ends of fractured bone at the 16th week.While in 30 mm group,no bony union appeared at the 16th week.The broken ends of fractured bone was blocked and harden bone occurred.The bone defect was filled by fiber scar tissue,which was confirmed as fiber tissue by pathological section.Conclusion: Radius defect nonunion rabbit model with periosteum is established successfully.
