拉米夫定联合阿德福韦酯治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of combined therapy of lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil in treating hepatitis B-induced decompensated liver cirrhosis

目的:探讨拉米夫定联合阿德福韦酯在乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期的治疗意义。方法:选取我院2009年2月～2012年8月收治的乙型肝炎肝硬化失代偿期患者184例,随机分为A、B、C三组,三组患者均给予护肝及常规治疗,A组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予拉米夫定联合阿德福韦酯口服治疗,B组给予拉米夫定口服治疗,C组给予阿德福韦酯口服治疗,对比三组患者治疗前及治疗6个月后肝功能及血清和病毒学指标变化。结果:A组HBV-DNA转阴率显著高于B、C组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且肝功能改善均优于另外两组(P<0.05)。结论:拉米夫定联合阿德福韦酯治疗失代偿期乙型肝炎肝硬化疗效显著,是有效的治疗方案。

Objective： To discuss the significance of combined therapy of lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil in treating hepatitis B-induced decompensated liver cirrhosis.Methods： A total of 184 patients with hepatitis B-induced decompensated liver cirrhosis admitted to our hospital from February 2009 to August 2012 were enrolled and randomly divided into group A,B,and C.They were given liver protection and routine treatment.Patients in group A,on the basis of routine treatment,were given oral combined therapy of lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil,while those in group B were administered oral lamivudine and those in group C received adefovir dipivoxil oral administration.Changes of liver function together with serum and virological indicators before treatment and six months after treatment in three groups were observed for comparison.Results： Negative conversion ratio of HBV-DNA in group A was significantly higher than that in group B and C.Differences among three groups were with statistical significance（P0.05）.Besides,group A had better liver function improvement than the other groups（P0.05）.Conclusion： Combined therapy of lamivudine and adefovir dipivoxil had remarkable efficacy in treating hepatitis B-induced decompensated liver cirrhosis.It is regarded as an effective therapeutic regimen.
