摘要 目的:探讨血清胆碱酯酶(ChE)与肝纤维化血清标志物透明质酸(HA)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)在乙型肝炎中的诊断价值及其临床意义。方法:在BeckmanCX-20型全自动生化分析仪和爱康AE120全自动酶免仪上分别检测264例乙肝患者空腹血清ChE、HA、IL-10、IL-2活性并与52例正常患者检测结果进行比较分析。结果:与正常患者相比,各组乙肝患者血清ChE和IL-10水平显著降低,血清HA、IL-2水平显著升高,变化趋势与乙肝病情的严重程度相关。结论:血清ChE、HA、IL-10、IL-2活性活性是反映肝功能的良好指标,对于肝硬化的分级诊断也有一定的参考意义。 Objective: To investigate the value of serum ChE、HA、IL-10、IL-2 levels in the diagnosis of chronic hepatitis B and its clinical significance.Methods: Fasting serum levels of ChE、HA、IL-10、IL-2 was measured and analyzed by BeckmanCX-20-automatic biochemical Analyzer.Then detection results of these markers of 264 hepatitis B patients were compared with that of 52 control people.Results: Serum ChE and IL-10 levels were significantly lower,while the serum HA and IL-2 levels were significantly higher than those in control people,and the variation tendency was associated with the progression of the disease.Conclusion: ChE、HA、IL-10、IL-2 can be reference index for forecasting liver function state,and shows great value in grade diagnosis of hepatic cirrhosis.
