摘要
目的:研究腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术患者围术期胃电节律及炎性状态的变化情况。方法:将2011年9月~2012年10月于本院进行腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术治疗的27例患者设为观察组,然后将同一时期进行开腹修补术的27例患者设为对照组,将两组患者手术前及手术后7、14d的胃电节律及炎性状态指标进行检测与比较。结果:手术前两组患者的胃电节律及炎性状态指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05),手术后7、14d观察组的血清炎性状态各个指标均明显低于对照组,而胃电节律指标则均优于对照组,且观察组术后14d优于术前及术后7d,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术患者围术期胃电节律及炎性状态的波动优于开腹修补术,患者术后的炎性反应与胃功能状态恢复相对更快。
Objective: To analyze and investigate the changes of gastric electric rhythm and inflammatory state of patients with laparoscopic gastric perforation repair during the perioperative period.Methods:A total of 27 patients with laparoscopic gastric perforation repair admitted to our hospital from September 2011 to October 2012 were enrolled as the observation group,27 cases underwent open repair operation during same period were the control group,then the gastric electric rhythm and inflammatory state indexes of two groups before the operation and 7 and 14 days after the operation were detected and compared.Results:Before undergoing the operation,the gastric electric rhythm and inflammatory state indexes of two groups were not significantly different(P0.05),while the serum inflammatory state indexes of observation group 7 and 14 days after the operation were all obviously lower than those of control group,gastric electric rhythm indexes were all better than those of control group.Besides,these indexes of observation group 14 days after the operation were significant better than that before the operation or 7 days after the operation(P all 0.05).Conclusion:During the perioperative period The fluctuation of gastric electric rhythm and inflammatory state of patients underwent laparoscopic gastric perforation repair were superior than that in patients underwent open repair operation,and the recovery of inflammatory reaction and gastric function of patients is also relatively faster.
