舒利迭对支气管哮喘患儿免疫、呼吸力学及Th1/Th2型细胞因子的影响研究

Effect of Seretide on immune,breathing mechanics parameters and Th1/Th2 type cytokines of children with bronchial asthma

目的:探讨舒利迭对支气管哮喘患儿免疫、应激状态及Th1/Th2型细胞因子的影响。方法:选取2007年6月～2010年12月于本院采用舒利迭进行治疗的60例支气管哮喘患儿为观察组,同期采用万托林联合辅舒酮进行治疗的60例患儿为对照组,将两组患儿治疗前及治疗后6周、12周的细胞和体液免疫指标、呼吸力学参数及Th1/Th2型细胞因子进行比较。结果:治疗后6周及12周观察组的细胞和体液免疫指标、呼吸力学参数及Th1/Th2型细胞因子改善幅度均明显大于对照组,且观察组治疗后12周优于治疗后6周,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:舒利迭对支气管哮喘患儿免疫、呼吸力学及Th1/Th2型细胞因子的影响较明显,可有效改善患儿的综合状态。

Objective： To study theeffect of Seretideon the immune,stress state and Th1/Th2 type cytokines of children with bronchial asthma.Methods：A total of 60 children with bronchial asthma who were treated with Seretide in our hospital from June 2007 to December 2010 were selected as observation group,and 60 children who were treated with Ventolin combined with Flixotide at the same time were selected as control group,then the cellular and humoral immunity,breathing mechanics parameters and Th1/Th2 type cytokines of two groups before and after the treatment at sixth and twelfth week were compared.Results：The improvement ranges of cellular and humoral immunity,breathing mechanics parameters and Th1/Th2 type cytokines of observation group after the treatment at sixth and twelfth week were all significantly better than those of control group,and those indexes of observation group after the treatment at twelfth week were all significantly better than those after the treatment at sixth week（all P0.05）.Conclusions：Seretide has significant effect on the immune,breathing mechanics parameters and Th1/Th2 type cytokines of children with bronchial asthma,and it can effectively improve the comprehensive state of children.
