系统生物学在癌症预测、预防和个体化治疗中的潜在应用价值
摘要
系统生物学以系统策略和新技术为支撑,运用计算机等方法整合大量生物和医学信息,对生物体内调控细胞、器官和机体行为的网络进行综合、分析与研究。系统生物学的出现使"组学"所产生的海量数据在不同层次得以整合,形成"预测"、"预防"、"个性化"和"参与"为一体的P4医学,可用于以社区为基础的个性化癌症预防、早期诊断和治疗。
