摘要
采用2种不同的方法对碳纤维表面进行改性,利用扫描电镜(SEM)对改性前后的碳纤维表面进行分析,并探讨了改性方法对碳纤维水泥基复合材料强度及碳纤维与水泥基体界面粘合的影响。结果表明,碳纤维经浓硝酸超声处理2h后,比表面积增大,与水泥基体相容性好,界面粘合牢固,水泥基体7d抗压强度提高9.1%,28d抗压强度提高10.2%。
The surface of carbon fiber was modified in two ways, and the modification effects were detected by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The modification effects of strength of carbon fiber-reinforced cement matrix and the interface bonding between carbon fibers and cement matrix were investigated. The results show that modified by concentrated nitric acid for 2 h in ultrasonic environment, the specific surface area of carbon fiber has increased; the compatibility is good and interface bonding is finn in carbon fiber/cement composites; and the 7 d and 28 d compressive stren~,th of carbon fiber/cement composites increase by 9.1% and 10.2%, respectively.
