摘要
以某高岭土矿为研究对象,采用捣浆-筛分-筛上物再磨强磁选-筛下物强磁选漂白工艺,进行提纯试验研究。结果表明,用0.045 mm筛子对捣浆所得矿浆进行筛分,分别获得产率为54.69%、45.31%的筛上物和筛下物;筛上物经再磨,在-0.045 mm粒级含量为45.17%、磁感应强度为1.4T的条件下进行强磁选,获得TC-0优级陶瓷工业用高岭土精矿;筛下物经强磁选,强磁选高岭土粗精矿在保险粉用量1.5%、草酸用量1.5%、漂白时间2h的条件下漂白,获得TC-2二级陶瓷工业用高岭土精矿。
Based on experimental research of kaolin ore from central Guizhou province, we obtained the process of purification kaolin. Taking the technology of mashing and screening, the purification research is conducted in lab. In this process, the oversize product is for grinding and strong magnetic separation, the throughs is for strong magnetic separation and bleaching. The research shows that using the 0.045 mm sieve to screen the mashed pulp, the yield of the oversize product and throughs are 54.69% and 45.31% respectively. Under the condition of-0.045 mm content is 45.17% and the magnetic induction is 1.4 T for strong magnetic separation of the oversize product which is grinded again, the high quality of TC-0 kaolin ore concentrate can be obtained for ceramic induslria. Under the condition of sodium hydrosulfite 1.5%, oxalic acid 1.5% and the bleaching time 2 h, bleaching the rough kaolin concentrate of the throughs after the strong magnetic separation, the TC-2 kaolin ore concentrate can be obtained for ceramic industrial.
