摘要
针对水处理过程中使用聚丙烯酰胺后残留丙烯酰胺的问题,以膨润土为吸附剂,研究了膨润土对丙烯酰胺的吸附规律。结果表明,膨润土对丙烯酰胺的吸附过程符合拟一级动力学方程和Langmuir等温吸附方程,最大饱和吸附量Qmax为232.558 mg/g,吸附热为3.92kJ/mol,主要为物理吸附。通过XRD和FT-IR表征,分析丙烯酰胺主要通过-NH2和-C=O基团与膨润土产生氢键作用,并发生插层吸附。
According to the problem of residual acrylamide for the polyacrylamide Used in water treatment, the bentonite was chosen as absorbent, and the adsorption of acrylamide was studied. The results showed that the adsorption of acrylamide on bentonite followed the pseudo-first- order kinetic equation and fitted Langmuir isotherm. The adsorption capacity Q^x was 232.558 mg/g. The sorption energy was 3.92 kJ/mol, it was indicated that the adsorption was physical adsorption. FT-IR and XRD were employed to characterize the sample. It was considered that the acrylamide interacted with bentonite depending on hydrogen bonding of -NH2 and -C=O groups, and the acrylamide was absorbed and inserted in layer of bentonite.
