骨髓增生异常综合征合并溃疡性结肠炎1例报告

摘要 患者女，63岁，因面色苍白、腹痛2个月入院。查体：贫血貌，浅表淋巴结未触及肿大；口腔黏膜有溃疡，咽部无充血，扁桃体无肿大；右下腹轻压痛，轻度肌紧张，无明显反跳痛，肝脾未触及，肠鸣音弱；双下肢无水肿。血常规：白细胞3．25×109^／L，血红蛋白70g／L，血小板102×109^／L。
