摘要
文章分析归纳了百度"知道"激励用户参与的6种激励机制,分别探讨了这6种激励机制的形成、内容和目标,最后根据马斯洛需求层次理论剖析了其作用原理以及对图书馆资源和服务建设的启示。
The paper analyzed six kinds of incentive mechanisms of Baidu "I Know",and discussed the formation,content and goal of these incentive mechanisms.At last,the paper made a study on the principles of how they worked on users according to the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs,and discussed the inspiration of these mechanisms to resource and service construction of library.
