Influence of a New Compatibilizer on Mechanical Properties of PBT/GF Composites

摘要 研究了国内一种新型相容剂甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAG-008)对玻纤增强聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)复合材料的力学性能影响,并用扫描电镜(SEM)对复合材料的界面相容性进行了研究。SEM表明,SAG-008有助于复合材料界面黏结。进一步和国外相容剂乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯-甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯共聚物(AX8900)进行比较,结果表明,SAG-008可以有效地提高玻纤增强PBT的拉伸强度、弯曲强度及缺口冲击强度;而AX8900对冲击强度改善明显。 A new domestic compatibilizer poly (St-AN-GMA) (SAG-008) was employed to investigate its influence on the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced PBT. The scanning electronic microscope (SEM) was conducted to study the interfaeial compatibility of the blend. SEM showed that SAG-008 was helpful for the interracial adhesion of the composites. Further, compared with foreigner compatilizer poly(E-MA-GMA) (AX8900), the results showed that SAG-008can effectively improved the composites' tensile strength, flexural strength and notched impact strength, and AX8900 just can significantly improve the notched impact strength.
