自清洁、抗紫外老化聚氯乙烯型材涂层的研究 被引量:1

摘要 将硅丙乳液有机硅改性丙烯酸酯(SA)作为涂层,改善聚氯乙烯(PVC)型材的抗紫外、自清洁性能。研究发现,SA乳液具有优良的理化性能和较低的表面张力(29.20 mN/m),与PVC基体之间具有强的附着力,涂有SA的PVC型材具有良好的耐紫外老化性能和自清洁性能,为塑料型材的绿色环保化提供新思路。 Silicone-acrylate emulsion (SA) was as coating film to improve the ultraviolet resistance, self-cleaning properties of the PVC profiles. The results showed that SA emulsion had the excellent physical and chemical properties, and it had low surface tension (29.20 mN/m) and a strong adhesion with PVC sections. SA also had a good ultraviolet aging resistance and self-cleaning properties. This study provided a new idea for the green environmental protection plastic section.
