摘要
基于台湾地区中小学教师质量现状及教师教育的特点和问题,对中小学教师教育提出八项因应对策,即:1)规划长远系统的教师教育政策;2)提供公费诱因,吸引清寒优秀学生报考;3)研订教师专业标准及专业表现指标;4)发展精致师资培育大学,建立以实务研究为基础的职前教育;5)建立弹性且专业的师资培育课程架构,培育具适性教学能力之教师;6)先检定再实习,教育实习延长为1年;7)推动教师评鉴和进阶制度;8)建立教师专业学习社群,形塑优质文化。
For constructing professional teacher education system, based on the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers in Taiwan as well as the characteristics and problems of teacher education, the researcher suggests eight strategies which are included: 1) planning a long--term system of teacher education policy; 2) providing publicly funded incentives to the students who are financial hardship and outstanding; 3) drafting teachers' professional standards and performance indicators; 4)developing exquisite teacher education universities to establish a practice--based pre--vocational education system; 5) establishing a flexible and professional teacher education curriculum framework for cultivating with adaptive teaching ability of teachers; 6) taking practice before the test and educational practice extended to one year; 7) promoting teachers' professional evaluation and advanced system; (8) building the teachers" professional learning community to shape the culture of quality.
