"美在关系"说为"美"的概念赋予了本质性的哲学内涵,即美的根源在于事物内部各部分之间、外部各事物之间以及审美活动中主客体之间建构的整体关系性质。"美在关系"说代表了18世纪中期人类关于美学根本问题认识的最高水平,具有跨时代,跨民族的艺术阐释力。

My Opinion on Beauty is Relation by Diderot is that Beauty results from the whole relation between parts of object, as well as from that between objects and objects, and from that between subject and object. Beauty is Relation is a kind of philosophical exploration to the concept of Beautyr, and that is tiptop in the mid-18th century. Today, Beauty is Relation by Diderot remains function as one thought used to explain beauty of nature or work of art.
