建构高师学前专业顶岗实习考核评价体系的实践研究

顶岗实习是高师学前教育专业实践教学的关键环节。本文从高师学前教育专业顶岗实习考核评价教学改革和研究实践出发,针对现有考核评价体系中出现的各种问题,从建立分散实习单位资质审核制度、考核评价的责任主体多元化、建立科学实用的考核评价指标体系、分解实习过程并进行过程考核、建立校园联系册几方面入手,探索建构科学有效的高师学前专业顶岗实习考核评价体系。
