摘要
19世纪末,印象派发展至最高峰的时期,接着诞生了新印象派,把印象派极力追求的光与色做更深一层次的分析,完成了印象派在艺术上的真实而极端的意义。但在西方美术史中关于新印象派的记录和评价只偏重于乔治.修拉,忽视了保罗.西涅克在新印象派中的地位和所做的贡献。
In the end of the 19th century, Neoimpressionism was born during the time Impressionism developed to the peak. It made a deeper analysis about the light and color which Impressionism strongly pursue and completed the real and extreme significance of the Impressionism on art. But in the history of Western art, the recording and evaluation about Neoimpressionism only lay particular stress on Georges Seurat and neglect the status of Paul Signac in the Neoimpressionism and the contribution he made to it.
