Discussion on the Eco-civilization Construction

建设生态文明是全面建成小康社会的一个重要标志,是中华民族永续发展、继承和弘扬中华民族优秀文化传统、构建社会主义和谐社会、建设社会主义新农村的必然要求。生态文明的建设,需要从加强生态文明观教育、大力发展循环经济、优化人们的生活方式、从源头上培育良好的生态环境、运用行政和法律手段强化公民生态环境保护意识等方面着手。

The construction of eco-civilization is the inevitable choice of implementation of the scientific concept of development and the new rural countryside construction; is also an important sign of comprehensively building a well-off society. In this paper, the concept of eco-ivilization is introduced. This paper also point that ecocivilization construction is imperative. And a series of approaches and countermeasures to construct eeo-civilization are presented at last.
