摘要
研究了竹炭在硝酸活化前后对直接黄棕N-D3G染料的吸附与动力学特性,并与商业活性炭F400对比,结果表明,竹炭经硝酸活化提高了其对直接黄棕N-D3G染料的吸附,且比F400吸附性能稍高;染料溶液的低浓度、低pH和高温有利于吸附;二阶动力学方程能更好拟合硝酸活化竹炭对染料的吸附结果,内扩散为控速步。
Experiments were conducted on adsorption of Direct Yellow Brown N-D3G by bamboo-charcoal and that activated by HNO3 and its adsorptive kinetics. And commercial activated carbon F400 was used as the contrast. The results demonstrated that bamboo charcoal activated by HNO3 had greater adsorption capacity of Direct Yellow Brown N-D3G compared with non-activated and commercial activated carbon. Lower dye concentration, lower pH and higher temperature favored the adsorption. The adsorption of Direct Yellow Brown N-D3G by bamboo-charcoal activated by HNO3 was fitted well to pseudo-second-order equation.
