摘要
利用间苯二甲酸(IPA)对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)对聚酯切片进行改性,并利用双螺杆熔融纺丝机纺丝加工成聚脂纤维,研究IPA的添加对聚酯纤维性能的影响。结果表明:随着IPA含量的增加,改性聚酯纤维的断裂强度有所下降,断裂伸长率、沸水收缩率提高,纤维的吸湿性、抗静电性能增强,纤维的染色性能也有很大提高,纤维手感更加柔软,舒适性增加;IPA的添加破坏了PET大分子结构的规整性,从而改变聚酯纤维的性能。
This paper modifies PET chip by using IPA and studying the influence of addition of IPA on properties of polyester fiber by processing double screw melt spinning into polyester fiber. The result shows that, with the increase of IPA content, the breaking strength of modified polyester fiber decreases, its elongation at break and boiling water shrinkage increase, hygroscopicity and antistatic performance improve, dyeing property of fiber improves a lot, the fiber becomes softer and more comfortable; the addition of IPA damages the regularity of PET macromolecular structure and thus changes the properties of polyester fiber.
