利用转杯纺技术开发低毛半精纺色纺纱线 被引量:3

摘要 在对毛纺再生原料特别是对于具有特有的纱线结构的低毛低支的混色半精纺纱线的主要特性及预处理方法分析的基础上,探讨了利用棉纺转杯纺设备开发低毛低支的半精纺色纱的主要工艺参数、技术措施。结果显示:利用棉纺转杯纺设备开发生产的低毛低支的半精纺色纱成纱显示出条干均匀、细节少、毛羽少、清洁、抗起毛起球好、耐磨等特点,弥补了粗毛纺生产低支毛纺纱线在风格上的一些缺陷,其质量已完全达到行业标准的要求。 This paper discusses major process parameters and technical measures for the development of low-wool and low-cost semi-worsted dyed yarn with cotton and rotor spinning equipment based on the analysis on main features and pretreatment methods of wool spinning renewable raw materials, especially low-wool and low-cost heather semi-worsted yarn with unique yarn structure. The result shows that low-wool and low-cost semi-worsted dyed resultant yarn developed and produced by using cotton and rotor spinning equipment is characterized by evenness, less particulars, less hairiness, cleanness, good anti-pilling property and wear resistance and makes up for some deficiences of low-cost woolen yarn produced with coarse wool sp inning in style; its quality meets the requirement of industrial standard.
