摘要
文章详细介绍了RSB-D401C并条机的结构、性能特点及技术特点,对自调匀整系统的作用、在线检测ROM系统进行试验。结果表明:自调匀整RSB-D401C配备新的RSB检测系统采用凹凸槽检测圆盘,在测量技术上作了一些改进,扩大了匀整范围,提高了测量的精确度。其自调匀整效果良好,并条纺纺出的棉条重量偏差都在0.8%以内,重量CV值也达到较高的水平,可有效控制输出棉条重量不匀率,改善熟条条干CV值,对成纱质量提高有良好的作用。
This paper introduces the structure, performance feature and technical feature of RSB-D401C drawing frame in detail and tests the function of auto-levelling system and online detection ROM system. The result shows that auto-levelling RSB-D401C is supplied with a new RSB detection system and uses concave-convex detection disk. It makes some improvements on measuring technique, expands the levelling scope and improves the accuracy of measurement. Its auto-levelling effect is good. The weight deviation of cotton silver produced by drawing frame is within 0. 8 % and weight CV value can reach a high level. It can effectively control the weight unevenness of cotton silver produced and improve CV value of drawn silver and has a great function for improving the quality of resultant yarn.
