摘要
建立固相萃取-顶空气相色谱法测定乳粉中硫氰酸盐含量的方法。乳粉中硫氰酸盐经提取后采用HLB固相萃取柱净化处理,在顶空瓶内进行反应生成CNCl;用气相色谱DB-1701毛细管柱分离,ECD检测器检测,外标法定量。该方法在0.02mg/L~0.12mg/L浓度范围内呈良好线性,方法检出限为0.4mg/kg,平均加标回收率94.7%~98.6%。结论:该方法灵敏、准确,适用于乳粉中硫氰酸盐的检测。
The method of determination of thiocyanate in powdered milk by solid phase extraction- headspace gas chromatography was established. The thiocyanate in powered milk was extracted by water and purified by HLB SPE eolumn. The thioeyanate in sample reacted with chloramine T to form cyanogen chloride(CNCI) in headspace bottle. The CNCI was determined by GC-ECD with DB- 1701 capillary column. The linearity was good in the range of O.02mg/L-0.1mg/L. The detection limit of the method was 2.0 μg/kg for SCN in powdered milk. The average recovery was 94. 7%-101 .3%, This method is sensitive and convenient. It can be used for determination of SCN in powdered milk.
