摘要
珠海电厂磨煤机磨辊套在投产半年多后先后发生松动、断裂共30多个。经分析和实施改造,结果表明辊套的断裂和松动的主要原因是:辊套与辊轴的配合紧力不够;接触面积偏小和暖磨时间过短。
More than 30 grinding rollers of the coal mill machine were fractured in Zhuhai Power Company. The reasons of the crack phenomenon and equipment transformation were all researched, the results indicated that the tightening force and contact area between the grinding rollers and shafts in the coal mill machine were too small, and it also need more time to heat the coal mill machine.
