摘要 单核苷酸多态性是指DNA序列上的单个碱基变异,是继RFLP和Microsatellite后的第3代分子标记,一般呈双等位基因多肽,具有密度高、分布广、信息量大、易检测和统计分析等特点。对单核苷酸多态性在鸡的生长发育中的应用研究进行了综述,旨在为单核苷酸多态性在鸡的生长发育方面的研究和应用提供参考。 Single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) refers to the change of single nucleotide in DNA sequence.SNP is the third generation of DNA markers after restriction fragment length polymorphism(RFLP) and Microsatellite.It is usually referred to as biallelic polymorphism with characteristics of high density,widely distribution,huge information,easy to detect and statistics analysis.The application of SNP in chicken growth and development was reviewed,which aimed to provide reference for study and application of SNP in chicken growth and development.
