摘要
[目的]解决长吻鮠养殖过程中受精率、孵化率、鱼苗成活率较低的问题。[方法]探讨了盐度和pH对长吻鮠胚胎发育的速度、器官分化、畸形率、死亡率的影响。[结果]盐度越高,长吻鮠胚胎的孵化率和存活率越低,发育速度越慢。原肠胚期和神经胚期是对盐度最敏感的时期。胚胎发育的最适盐度在6‰以下,最高临界盐度为11‰。氢离子浓度对胚胎的存活率和孵化率有明显的影响,但与胚胎发育速度关系不大。胚胎发育的适宜pH是7,最高临界pH为9,最低临界pH是5。[结论]该研究可为长吻鮠的进一步开发与利用提供依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to solve the problem of low fertilization rate,hatching rate and survival rate of Leiocassis longirostris in the breeding process.[Method] The effects of salinity and pH on the developmental speed,differentiation of organs,percentage of malformation,death rate of embryo of L.longirostris were discussed.[Result] The embryonic hatching rate and survival rate of L.longirostris reduced with the increase of salinity.And the embryonic developmental speed was slowly.Gastrula stage and neural embryo stage were the most sensitive period of L.longirostris to salinity.The optimal salinity was below 6 ‰ and the highest critical salinity was 11‰ for the embryonic development.Hydrogen ion concentration had significant influences on the embryonic survival rate and hatching rate.But the embryonic developmental speed was not affected by the hydrogen ion concentration.The most suitable pH was 7 for the embryonic development.The highest critical pH was 9 and the lowest critical pH was 5.[Conclusion] The research could provide basis for the further development and utilization of L.longirostris.
