重点开发区域资源环境承载力研究——以苏北地区为例

Research on Resources and Environment Carrying Capacity in a Focus Development Zone—A Case Study of Northern Jiangsu Province

以苏北地区为例,运用相对资源承载力的研究思路与计算方法,分析苏北地区的土地资源承载力、水资源承载力和环境承载力状况。结果表明,苏北地区的资源环境承载力水平较高,能够负荷该区工业化、城镇化的快速发展。但在推进重点开发区域建设的同时,应控制对土地资源、水资源等资源环境的开发利用程度,保护好生态环境,走可持续发展道路。

By using the ideas and computing methods of relative carrying capacity of resources,northern Jiangsu Province was selected as a case to study the land resources carrying capacity,water resources carrying capacity and environmental carrying capacity.The results showed that the level of resources and environment carrying capacity of north Jiangsu is high and can load the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization.Besides pushing the formation of the focus development zone in northern Jiangsu Province,we should control the utilization of land resources and water resources,protect the ecological environment,and choose the construction path of sustainable development.
