摘要
[目的]研究马齿苋各级分多糖的抗氧化作用。[方法]以热水浸提马齿苋,采用35%、55%、75%和95%的乙醇分级醇沉马齿苋多糖提取物,得马齿苋各级分多糖POP1、POP2、POP3和POP4,分析其对羟基自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的清除作用。[结果]醇沉马齿苋多糖量的比例为POP1∶POP2∶POP3∶POP4为0.83∶1.25∶1.82∶2.16;各级分多糖抗氧化能力随多糖浓度的上升而增强,呈现良好的量效关系,并且在等浓度条件下其抗氧化能力也表现出明显的差异,清除能力为POP4>POP3>POP2>POP1。[结论]乙醇浓度95%醇沉的马齿苋多糖具有较强的抗氧化作用。
[Objective] To study the antioxidant activity of polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea.(POP).[Method] A polysaccharide-rich extract was obtained from P.oleracea by hot water extraction.The experiment models of amount of polysaccharide precipitated by different concentrations of ethanol(35%、55%、75% and 95%) include system and system.[Result] 35%ethanol,55%ethanol,75%ethanol and 95%ethanol's precipitation amount POP are POP1∶POP2∶POP3∶POP4=0.83∶1.25∶1.82∶2.16;the higher the concentration of polysaccharide,the stronger removing ability of hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion,precipitation of the polysaccharide concentration in conditions of antioxidant activity was: POP4>POP3>POP2>POP1.[Conclusion] 95% ethanol's precipitation polysaccharide of P.oleracea shows a significant antioxidant activity.
