河南省农村城市化模式问题研究

Study on Appropriate Ways for Rural Urbanization in Henan Province

介绍了河南省农村城市化现状,分析了河南省农村城市化过程中存在的问题,为解决这些问题,探析了几种主要的农村城市化模式,指出就地转移农村富余劳动力模式要优于集中性转移和分散性转移模式,由此提出了推行农村人口就地城市化模式的措施与建议。

Rural urbanization status in Henan Province was introduced,the existing problems were analyzed.In order to solve those problems,several main rural urbanization patterns were analyzed.It was put forward that the model to transfer the rural labor force to the second and third industries locally is much superior to the centralized transfer and dispersive transfer models.Thus,countermeasures and suggestions for promoting rural population locally urbanization pattern were put forward.
