基于ZigBee的家电产品节能设计方法研究

摘要 传统家电产品的节能设计大多集中在使用阶段的节能,制造阶段的节能设计很少提及。该文提出了一种基于低功耗、低成本的双向无线通讯技术ZigBee的家电产品制造阶段节能设计方法,通过一款能耗计算分析软件的智能控制实现了产品制造阶段的工艺优化,最终达到节能减排的目的。 Energy-saving design for the home appliances is mostly concentrated in the use process,the energy saving design for manufacturing process is rarely mentioned traditionally.An energy conservation design method Based on ZigBee (a low power consumption,low cost of two-way wireless communication technology) for manufacturing process of the home appliance product is put forward.Through a calculation of energy consumption analysis software of intelligent control,the process optimization in manufacturing process is realized.Achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emissions reduction eventually.
