摘要
在高等教育大众化时代背景下,社会新兴的职业不断涌现,加之社会用人单位对大学毕业生就业综合能力要求的不断提高,因此,高校要在办学理念、课程设置、教学方式、就业指导机制等多方面需进行全面变革,真正体现"以人为本",以务实的态度,着实在人才培养质量上下功夫,以便在高校这所"加工厂"内完成大学生就业能力的提高,使大学毕业生更好地适应社会发展的需要。
With the popularization of higher education, new occupations appear and employers begin to have higher request to the overall quality of graduates. It is thus urgent for universities to practice reforms on missions, setup of courses, style of teach- ing, and careers guidance, highlighting the "People Oriented" training and the practical attitude. It is hoped to improve the graduates' employability when they are still in the "fabrication plant" of university so that they will be able to meet well the de- mand of social development.
