摘要 我国区域教育发展不平衡,从地理空间上看主要影响因素有:区域间地理位置差异和区域间地形、地势差异等制约因素。推动区域教育均衡、协调发展不仅是全面落实以人为本,科学发展观的需要,而且是落实西部大开发,东、中、西协调发展,提高我国人口素质、改变贫穷落后面貌,推动小康社会建设的需要。从国家层面、社会层面和中西部教育落后地区探讨缩小差距,对推动区域间教育均衡、协调发展有着重要的现实意义。 In our country, the regional education development is unbalanced. Looking from the geospatial perspective, the main restricted factors are found in the difference of regional location and that between terrain and area. The promotion of balanced and coordinated regional education development is not only the need of full implementation of people - oriented and scientific develop- ment, but also the needs on the implementation 'of west development and large -seale coordinated development of the western, the east, and the middle region, on the improvement of population quality, transformation of the poverty and backwardness, and on the promotion of the construction of a well - off society. It is of great significance to explore how to narrow the gap and how to promote the balanced and coordinated development of inter - regional education from the national and social dimensions consider- ing the central and western education backward areas.
