The Construction of Government Credit from Humanistic Perspective

随着人本理念、人权思想认识的进一步深化,政府信用危机带来的负面影响进一步加深,由此引发的社会矛盾进一步加剧,政府信用的建构已经到了刻不容缓的地步。政府信用关乎社会的和谐稳定,是社会信用体系建设的核心与支柱,影响我国经济全球化发展进程,也是人民安居乐业的重要指标。因此,从政府信用危机的源头出发,加强针对性,通过建设服务型、廉洁型政府、行政人员道德培育、强化人性化工作理念等途径构建我国的政府信用在当今社会尤为重要。

With the deeper understanding of human- oriented concept and human rights, the negative impact on the government credit crisis has been deepened, consequently further exacerbate social conflicts. The construction of government credit is urgently needed. Government credit affect social harmony and stability, which is core pillar of the construction of social credit system and will influence the development process of China＇ s economic globalization, and also an important indicator of the people life and work. Therefore, according the source of the credit crisis from the government, it is vital to build government credit by building service - oriented government, increasing moral administrative study, and strengthening the concept of humane work and building a clean government.
