摘要
中国服装品牌已经逐渐成熟,但仍与国际主流品牌有着很大的差距,其中设计环节的竞争力不足是主要原因之一。目前,我国服装业对于设计管理的观念仍处于萌芽状态,本文通过对设计管理体系的探讨,初步阐述了品牌服装设计管理的概念及其要点。论述了设计管理思想对于品牌服装企业的重要性和必要性,指出品牌服装设计管理理念及其实践在未来的企业管理中的价值,并且最终成为品牌服装企业核心竞争力之根本所在。
The fashion brands of China now are becoming more and more mature, but there is still a big gap compared with the international top fashion brands. One of the main reasons is the weak competition in design. Now days the concept of design management in fashion industry of China is still in its sprout state. In this paper, the concept and key points of design management are preliminarily expounded. The significance and necessity of design management to the fashion enterprises are discussed. We have the conclusion that both the concept and the practice of design management can demonstrate the great value in the future of en- terprise management and finally become the core competence of fashion enterprises.
