摘要
麦可思调查数据显示目前园林技术专业学生普遍存在实践动手能力较差的状况,进行园林技术专业人才培养模式改革,使学生经过三年学习、实践,完成"实践——理论——实践"的认知循环,把班杜拉认知理论体系中三元交互决定论的环境、行为和人的主体因素三要素做到了完美的结合,并进行实践教学内容、教学方法、考核方法等的改革探索,使学生更好地掌握专业知识和掌握专业技能,以能力为本位培养学生的方法能力、专业能力和社会能力,从而真正提高人才培养质量。
It is shown in MyCOS data that the relatively poor ability to solve problems is ubiquitous among students majoring in garden technology. By reforming the training mode, they can accomplish the cognitive cy- cle of "Practice-Theory-Practice" after a three-year study. This reform perfectly integrates environment, behavior and personal factors in triadic reciprocal determinism in the Bandura' s theory of learning. The content, method and evaluation of practical teaching are also reformed to enable students to better grasp specialty knowledge and understand their major skills. Students' method ability, professional ability and the social ability are trained with ability oriented strategy in order to truly improve the quality of personnel training.
