摘要
二级学院是高校的办学主体,是高校行政管理系统中最重要的构成部分,对高校二级学院进行绩效评估十分重要。针对目前高校二级学院绩效评估中存在的急功近利、有失公平、评估指标体系不健全、缺乏学院绩效评估文化、评估结果使用不完善等问题,可以从建立绩效评估保障机制、完善绩效评估指标体系、提升学院内部绩效评估文化、拓宽评估结果的利用渠道等四个方面予以应对解决,从而确保二级学院绩效评估的有效性。
The secondary colleges are the main body for running a university, and the most important part of administration system. Therefore, it is important to evaluate the performance of them. In view of some problems existing in the process of performance evaluation, such as eagerness for quick success and instant benefits, unfairness, unsound evaluation index system, lack of evaluation culture and imperfect evaluation results, it is possible to solve the problems from the aspects of establishing security mechanism of performance evalua- tion, perfecting index system of performance evaluation, improving internal evaluation culture and broadening the channels for making use of evaluation results to ensure the effectiveness of performance evaluation in the secondary colleges.
