摘要
介绍了聚氨酯保温材料环保型发泡剂替代进程,并以传统CFC-11和环保型发泡剂HCFC-141b、HFC-245fa、HFC-365mfc以及环戊烷为代表,制备了聚氨酯保温板材样品。通过大量试验数据和图表对试样氧指数、热释放速率,总放热量、燃烧增长速率指数等重要燃烧特性参数进行对比分析,探讨了差异化特性的产生原因,指明了环保型发泡剂的应用对聚氨酯保温材料燃烧性能的影响方式和程度,对环保型发泡剂的工业化应用具有一定的指导意义。
The replacement process of environmental-friendly blowing agent was introduced,and polyurethane insulation materials were prepared using additional CFC-11 and environmental-friendly blowing agent HCFC-141b、HFC-245fa、HFC-365mfc and Cyclopentane.The important burning characteristic parameter like oxygen index,heat release rate,total heat release,FIGRA were comparably analyzed by data and chart,the causes of difference were discussed,then the influence mode and degree of burning performance influence of environmental-friendly blowing agent application on Polyurethane insulation materials were pointed out.
