A Profound Understanding of Historical Identity of Scientific Development Perspective

党的十八大站在历史和时代的高度,把科学发展观确立为我们党必须长期坚持的指导思想并写入党章,实现了党的指导思想的又一次与时俱进。要深入贯彻落实科学发展观,我们需要从四个层面来深刻认识科学发展观的历史地位:世界现代化建设经验教训的新概括、世界社会主义发展规律的新思考、中国特色社会主义探索的新成果、中国共产党指导思想的新内容和新境界。

From the aspect of history and times, the 18th CPC National Congress has put Scientific Development Perspective as the guidance into the Party Constitution realizing another ＂Keep pace with the times＂. To further the practice of Scientific Development Perspective, four layers of understanding should be deepened of its historical identities： new conclusions of experiences and lessons in modem world construction; new thoughts in world socialism development rules; new fruits in Chinese characteristic socialism exploration; new contents and states in Chinese Party＇s guiding thoughts.
