The Essence of Deepening the Practice of Scientific Development Perspective: The Enhancement of the Leading Carders' Central Ability

深入贯彻落实科学发展观与领导干部核心能力之间有着密切联系,提高领导干部的执行、思维和学习能力对于增强领导干部贯彻落实科学发展观的自觉性坚定性具有决定性意义。以科学发展为主题,以加快转变经济发展方式为主线,要求领导干部必须自觉提高执行能力;把科学发展观作为"指导党和国家全部工作的强大思想武器",要求领导干部必须自觉提高思维能力;继续推进马克思主义中国化时代化大众化,不懈探索和把握中国特色社会主义规律,要求领导干部必须自觉提高学习能力。

There is a close relation with deepening the practice of Scientific Development Perspective （SDP） and the leading Carders＇abilities. It is essential and decisive for carders to practice SDP in improving their executive capacities, thinking skills and learning abilities. In order to carry out SDP and fasten the transferability of economic development, the carders must improve their executive capacities ; take SDP as the powerful theoretical weapon to instruct all the Party and Nations tasks; improve the ways of thinking; push Marxism with more Chinese characters, follow the times and become more popular; explore the principles of Chinese socialism; improve the learning abilities.
