摘要
针对我国高校实施学分制改革的要求,结合学分制收费管理特点及存在的问题,提出强化制度建设,试行高校人才培养成本核算,推进高校管理信息化,提升高校内部管理水平等对策建议,以促进高校收费管理体系创新。
According to the reform requirements in university point system, the charge management characteristics and problems, this research has tentatively implemented cost accounting method to advance the management informatization in university, and to improve the administrative standards so as to promote the university charge system creativity.
