弹性膜片硬度和厚度对调压装置水力性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 提出了一种毛管调压装置,对起主要调节作用的弹性膜片的厚度和硬度分别选取3个水平做完全试验,测试进口压力在50~300kPa时调压装置的水力性能,试验得到调压装置的流量为962.794~1 419.538L/h,流态指数为0.083 5~0.168 5,调压装置调压效果良好,但调压区间偏小。弹性膜片厚度和硬度对流态指数和流量的影响均显著,并建立了弹性膜片硬度和厚度与调压装置流态指数以及流量的定量关系。 In this paper, a lateral pressure regulator was designed, in which elastic diaphragm parts played a major regulatory role, to test hydraulic performance of pressure regulator when the inlet pressure was 50~300 kPa with three levels of thickness and hardness of elastic diaphragm, respectively. The results showed that the ranges of discharge and flow exponent were 962. 794~1 419. 538 L/h and 0. 083 5~0. 168 5, respectively. Hardness and thickness had a significant effect on flow exponent and discharge. The quantitative relationships between the elastic diaphragm parameters and flow exponent and discharge were established.
