DC-CIK细胞联合内分泌治疗骨髓侵润性前列腺癌初探

The preliminary study on prostate cancer with bone marrow contamination by endocrine therapy combined with dendritic cells and cytokine-induced killer cells

目的探讨DC-CIK细胞联合内分泌治疗骨髓侵润性前列腺癌的疗效及副作用。方法对3例骨髓侵润的前列腺癌患者采用DC-CIK细胞输注联合内分泌治疗。结果 3例患者经治疗后临床症状好转,PSA下降,随访8～13个月,病情稳定。结论 DC-CIK细胞联合内分泌治疗骨髓侵润的前列腺癌安全有效。

Objective To observe the safety and efficacy of endocrine therapy combined with dendritic cells and cytokine-induced killer cells on prostate cancer with bone marrow contamination. Methods three patients receive the treatment of endocrine therapy combined with dendritic cells and cytokine-induced killer cells. Results After the treatment, the PSA of three patients decreased, the clinical symptoms improved. During follow-up, the disease continued to show a steady state. Conclusion The treatment of endocrine therapy combined with dendritic cells and cytokine-induced killer cells is effective and safe.
