腹腔镜辅助下保胆取石术的临床应用

The clinical application of laparoscopically assisted Gallbladder-preserving Cholecystolithotomy

目的探讨腹腔镜辅助下保胆取石术的临床应用价值。方法回顾分析45例行腹腔镜辅助下保胆取石术的胆囊结石患者的临床资料。结果全组均治愈出院,其中41例完成腹腔镜辅助下保胆取石术,4例因术中发现不适宜保胆改行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,术后均无出血、胆漏、切口感染等并发症发生,B超随访2～25个月,1例复发。结论腹腔镜辅助下保胆取石术具有微创、安全、并发症少等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application value of laparoscopically assisted gallbladder-preserving eholeeystolithotomy. Methods 45 cases of gallbladder-preserving cholecystolithotomy clinical data from the May 2010 to July 2012 were reviewed. Results The whole groups were cured and discharged, 41 cases comepleted the operation （laparoscopically assisted gallbladder-preserving choleeystolithotomy）, 4 cases changed laparoseopic eholecystectomy because that the gallbladder was found not suitable to keep intraoperatively. In postoperative there were no complications, such as bleeding, biliary fistula, incision infection and so on. Type B ultrasonic followed up for 2 -25 months, 1 cases was found of recurrence. Conclusion laparoscopieally assisted gallbladder-preserving cholecystolithotomy is feasible, it is minimally invasive, safe and of less complications, and it is worth of application.
