宫腔镜电切术联合米非司酮治疗胎盘部分植入的临床研究

The clinical research on the treatment of hysteroscopy electricity cut method combined with mifepristone on the implanted placenta

目的观察宫腔镜电切术联合米非司酮治疗胎盘植入的临床效果及安全性。方法 15例产后胎盘部分植入患者,均采用宫腔镜电切术联合米非司酮治疗,观察治疗效果、手术时间、术中出血量、手术并发症及用药副反应。结果所有病例均一次性治愈,治愈率达100%,手术时间20～40分钟,术中出血量5～40ml,无手术并发症及用药副反应发生。结论宫腔镜电切术联合米非司酮治疗产后部分胎盘植入安全有效,简便易行,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect and safety of hysteroscopy electricity cut method combined with mifepristone on the implanted placenta. Methods From January 2004 to May 2012, 15 cases of patients with implanted placenta postpartum were included, all patients were treated by hysteroseopy electricity cut method combined with mifepristone, curative effect, operation time, peri-operative bleeding complications and side effects were analyzed. Results All cases were one-time cure, cure rate was 100%, the timing of the operation were 20 to 40 minutes, peri-operative bleeding was 5 -- 40 ml without complications and side effects. Conclusion The treatment of hysteroscopic electricity cut method combined with mifepristone on implanted placenta is a safe, effective and simple operation, and is worthy of clinical application.
