新生儿中耳炎85例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 85 cases of neonatal otitis media

目的探讨新生儿中耳炎的临床特点,进而早期诊断,早期治疗。方法搜集我院新生儿科85例新生儿中耳炎患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 85例患儿因耳痛引起的抓耳、摇头仅有1例(1.2%),外耳见有脓性分泌物的26例(29.4%),耳后稍见肿胀者5例(5.9%),其他非特异表现53例(62.4%)。中耳分泌物培养阳性的16例:肺炎链球菌4例(4.7%),金黄色葡萄球菌3例(3.5%),流感嗜血杆菌3例(3.5%)。结论儿科医生应提高对中耳炎的认识,对于临床症状不典型的,借助各种辅助检查及加强与耳鼻喉科医生合作,早期诊断,早期治疗。

Objective To discuss the clinical features of neonatal otitis media. Methods The clinical data of 85 pediatric cases of neonatal patients were analyzed. Results In 85 cases of children, only 1 cases （1.2%） caused ear scratching and head shaking because of earache, external purulent secretion was seen in 26 cases （29. 4%）, ear after slight swelling in 5 cases （5.9%）, other non-specific manifestations of 53 cases （62.4%）, the middle ear secretions cuhure was positive in 16 patients： 4 Streptococcus pneumoniae cases （4.7%）, Staphylococcus aureus in 3 patients （3.5%）, Haemophilus influenzae in 3 cases （3. 5%）. Conclusion Pediatricians should improve the understanding on otitis media, for the atypical clinical symptoms, with a variety of auxiliary examination and strengthen cooperation with doctor working in the Department of ENT, early diagnosis and early treatment are necessary.
