新生儿高胆红素血症全自动换血治疗对内环境的影响分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的观察新生儿高胆红素血症应用全自动换血疗法对机体内环境的影响。方法采用全自动换血疗法对62例患有高胆红素血症的新生儿进行治疗,观察比对换血治疗前后血常规、血生化、电解质、血胆红素以及基本生命体征变化情况。结果换血治疗后患儿总胆红素和间接胆红素水平较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01);白细胞、血钙水平以及血小板数量降低明显(P<0.05或P<0.01);血糖含量以及血红蛋白较治疗前升高明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。换血治疗前后血浆pH值、血钠、血钾水平改变不明显(P>0.05)。结论患有高胆红素血症的新生儿应用全自动换血疗法进行治疗,对新生儿机体内环境会产生一定的影响,但不会对其构成生命危险,安全有效,具有较好的临床应用价值。 Objective To observe the influence on internal environment after using auto-exchange transfusion to treat neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods 62 neonates, who suffered from hyperbilirubinemia and were treated by exchange transfusion, were included in our research. The levels of their blood count, blood chemistry, electrolytes, serum bilirubin, as well as the basic vital signs were compared. Results Total bilirubin and indirect bilirubin levels after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P〈0. 01). White blood cells, serum calcium levels and platelet counts were significantly reduced (P〈0. 01 or P〈0. 05). Blood sugar levels and hemoglobin increased significantly after treatment (P〈0. 01 or P〈0.05). However, the change of Plasma PH, serum sodium, serum potassium levels was not obvious (P〉0.05). Conclusion The newborns could be influenced by using auto-exchange transfusion to treat neo-natal hyperbilirubinemia, but not much serious. It is a kind of useful medical method to treat neonatal hyperbilirubinemia.
