综合护理干预对预防产妇产后出血的效果观察

Observation of the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage

目的探讨综合护理干预对预防产妇产后出血效果的影响。方法将396例住院分娩的产妇随机分为对照组、观察组各198例,对照组予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加用综合护理干预措施,并对两组产妇的产后出血量、出血发生率及治疗依从性等情况进行统计比较。结果观察组产妇产后的出血量小于对照组,产后出血发生率低于对照组,治疗依从性高于对照组,两组之间比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可有效防止产后出血的发生。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on prevention of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 396 eases of maternal hospital delivery were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 198 eases in each group. The control group received conventional care, observation group plus routine care on the basis of comprehensive care interventions, compared two groups of maternal postpartum hemorrhage, bleeding incidence and treatment adherence statistics. Results The observation group postpartum hemorrhage amount less than the control group, the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage is lower than that of the control group, treatment compliance higher than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of postpartum hemorrhage.
