小牛血清去蛋白与神经节苷脂治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病疗效比较 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨和比较小牛血清去蛋白注射液与神经节苷脂对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的疗效。方法:将90例新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病随机分为神经节苷脂组(A组)、小牛血清去蛋白注射液组(B组)、对照组(C组),每组30例。C组给予镇静、降颅压、维持水电解质及血糖平衡等一般性治疗。A、B组在一般治疗的基础上,分别给予神经节苷脂和小牛血清去蛋白注射液治疗。在治疗前、治疗3d、治疗7d分别给予NBNA评分。结果:A组与C组、B组与C组的轻度病例NBNA评分比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而中-重度病例及A组与B组NBNA评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小牛血清去蛋白注射液及神经节苷脂治疗新生儿轻度缺氧缺血性脑病均有疗效,且两者疗效相当。 Objective: To compare the therapeutic effect of deproteinised calf blood injection and ganglioside in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic isehemic encephalopathy ( NHIE ) .Method: 90 cases of NHIE newborns were divided randomly into three groups : the C group was treated routinely with only support, sedation and lowering intracranial pressure.The A group was treaded additionally with ganglioside and support sedation and lowering intracranial pressure.The B group was treated additionally with deproteinised calf blood injection and support sedation and lowering intracranial pressure. Objective NBNA and statistics treat.Result: The effect of the A and B group was significantly better than that of the C group ( P〈0.05 ) . but there are not significantly deferent ( P〉0.05 ) between A group and B group.Conclusion: Both of deproteinised calf blood injection and ganglioside had good therapeutic effect on NHIE; and The therapeutic effect of deproteinised calf blood injection and ganglioside are equal.
