镜下高频电刀联合氩离子凝固术治疗胃肠息肉50例

Study of High Frequency Electricity Knife under the Endoscope Combined with Argon Plasma Coagulation in the Treatment of 50 Cases with Gastrointestinal Polyps

目的:探讨镜下高频电刀联合氩离子凝固术治疗胃肠息肉的临床疗效。方法:100例胃肠息肉患者分成观察组和对照组,对照组给予高频电刀联合电凝,观察组给予高频电刀联合氩离子凝固术。结果:观察组一次性顺利切除率100%,高于对照组86.00%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:镜下高频电刀联合氩离子凝固术治疗胃肠息肉疗效可靠。

Objective： To discuss of high frequency electricity knife under the endoscope combined with argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps. Method： 100 gastrointestinal polyp patients were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given the high frequency electricity knife combined with electric coagulation, and observation group was given the high frequency electricity knife combined with argon plasma coagulation. Result： The disposable smooth resection rate of the observation group was 100%, which was higher than 86% in the control group with significant difference （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： High frequency electricity knife under the endoscope combined with argon plasma coagulation in the treatment of gastrointestinal polyps has reliable curative effect.
