摘要
火焰自动钎焊因自动化程度高、操作方便在制冷空调行业被广泛应用。本文综述空调管翅式换热器自动钎焊的常见工艺失效情况,采用金相微观评定方法进行评定。最后给出有效的过程控制措施。
The technique of automatic brazing with flame due to the high degree of automation and convenient operation has been extensively applied into refrigeration and air- conditioning industry. The common failure process of automatic brazing for finned-tube heat exchanger of air-conditioning are summarized and assessed with the effective metallographic microscopic evaluation method. Finally, the effective process control measures are put forward.
